We`ve Got your back. You can initiate a return for the order you`ve placed under the following mentioned Circumstances.
The Refunds will be processed 2 days after the returned goods have reached our Warehouse.

Food:
–  Non- Refundable  if the package is opened by the customer.

– If the product doesn`t match the specifications as mentioned on the website.
– If product is not of the right size as order the order is placed.
– If the consumer changed his mind without the Package being opened.
– If the Consumer doesn`t want this product.
– If the consumer didn`t receive the product on time & has not opened the product.
– If the customer has not damaged the product.

Shampoo:
–  Non- Refundable  if the package is opened by the customer
– If product is not of the right size as order the order is placed
– If the consumer changed his mind without the Package being opened
– If the Consumer doesn`t want this product
– If the consumer didn`t receive the product on time & has not opened the product

Pet Harness/ Leashes/ Collars:
–  Non- Refundable  if the package is opened by the customer if product is not of the right size as order the order is placed
– If the consumer changed his mind without the Package being opened
– If the Consumer doesn`t want this product
– If the consumer didn`t receive the product on time & has not opened the product
– If the customer has not damaged the product

Pet Clothing:
-If the product is damaged when the customer Opens the product without the label being detached
– If the product doesn`t have any smell or any evidence of being used by the customer
– If product is not of the right size as order the order is placed
– If the consumer changed his mind without the Package being opened
– If the Consumer doesn`t want this product
– If the consumer didn`t receive the product on time & has not opened the product
– If the customer has not damaged the product

Pet Toys:
–  Non- Refundable  if the package is opened by the customer if the Packaging is damaged on delivery to PetsCura
– If the product is not of the Right size, Colour
– If the Product is found defaulted without the packaging being opened
– If product is not of the right size as order the order is placed
– If the consumer changed his mind without the Package being opened
– If the Consumer doesn`t want this product
– If the consumer didn`t receive the product on time & has not opened the product
– If the customer has not damaged the product

Procedure of Placing the Return:

1.Go to PetsCura orders Page

 

  1. Each order will be in a box. Scroll down to the order you want to return.
  2. Click the Return items button on the right side.
  3. Click the checkmark next to each product you want to return.
  4. On the right-side of the products you want to return, select a reason for return from the drop-down menu.
  5. Briefly explain the problem in the box that appears below the drop-down menu. This box will appear once you select a reason for return.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. In the next page, we will offer a way to resolve the problem.
  8. The next page is where you schedule a pickup. Select a pickup date from the drop-down menu.
  9. Your delivery address will be displayed by default. If you want to schedule a pickup at another address, click Change address.
  10. When you’re ready to complete the return process, click Submit. We will send someone to pick up the goods you want to return. They’ll give you a return receipt. Keep that safe until the refund is credited to your account.
